At first, she does your hair well, but after the first two or three visits, the quality drastically declines. She becomes rushed and careless, ripping and aggressively pulling hair, burning the scalp, and stopping the roller dryer before the hair is fully dry - clearly rushing through the service just to be done, instead of saying, “Come another day so I can do it properly.” It feels greedy and careless, prioritizing leaving over quality and safety. Blowouts are left uneven, with noticeable patches still wet whenever she feels like rushing home. The pulling and excessive heat caused significant scalp pain, which continued even after I left the salon. My scalp was sore and tender, and my hair felt extremely brittle and damaged due to the lack of care and excessive heat. I was forced to re-

Rude, aggressive, and completely careless. My hair was nearly destroyed, and the stylist couldn’t have cared less about comfort or safety. Inconsistent results, zero professionalism, and no accountability. One of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had.

the entire place and experience was so amazing. im absolutely obsessed. im gonna start going here pretty regularly. super friendly, Esteller uses the most insane products and the quality is top tier. she had my hair washed and dried in less than an hour and i have pretty long hair. the results were stunning. my hair is so smooth and shiny and straight. the salon is kind of small but still comfortable. the building is kinda hidden between houses but i adore the pink theme they have going on. im definitely a big fan of this place. the prices were amazing and they offer a wide range of services.

I can't praise Esther enough. This was our first time here. My daughter wanted her dark hair to go blonde. We tried stripping it on Saturday and it left her with Clown hair. Esther came to the rescue and evened it all out. Price was great for all she did. Will definitely be going back. Thank you so much ❤️
