BLOSSOM NAILS AND SPA

Been comin to MAI for some time now for my pedi… she always gets me right and does an amazing job! Also the staff is very friendly…. I started bringing my gf here to get her nails done by JACKIE and they always come out so beautiful definitely recommend those two

Went to this nail salon because an employee at lifetime nearby recommended it. First experience with Mai was very good as she removed gel mani/pedi & redid a pedicure. I didn’t do a mani bc I wanted my nails to recover so for my next work event I did stick on bald. When I went to get them removed, Lynn was available. It was late so she may have been in a hurry, but she was really rough on my cuticles and using the electric equipment to get off the stick on nails. My thumb nail also started bleeding and was hurting all week and still hurts today which is why I’m writing this. I wanted to make this nail salon my go to bc they have some type of loyalty program but not sure I’ll be returning.

I always have the best experience here! Jackie always does an amazing job on my nails!!! She’s so detailed and consistent every time. Mai is great with pedicures, my toes came out perfect. This salon is clean, welcoming, and everyone is so friendly. Def would highly recommend those two!

I have been in Austin for three years now and have struggled to find a good nail salon, Cindy did my nails here today and I can confidently say they are the best quality I have gotten not just in Austin but out of everywhere I’ve been. The staff was really nice and the atmosphere was super relaxing. I will definitely be back again!!! Cindy even happily added the last second pokadots for me!! I’m glad I came

The place is clean and the staff is very friendly, but the service was disappointing. I requested a regular white nail polish, but as shown in the photos, the polish was uneven and had visible bubbles. I asked the technician to fix it multiple times, but unfortunately, it didn’t improve. It was frustrating that something so simple couldn’t be done properly. Michelle is so bad!
