Absolutely Fantastic Service! I recently visited this place for both waxing and threading, and I have to say—it’s one of the best beauty experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a spotless, relaxing atmosphere. The staff are incredibly skilled and gentle, which made the entire process so comfortable. My waxing was quick, thorough, and surprisingly painless, and the threading was done with such precision that my brows have never looked better. 1st visit the end of July had lashes done and I was pleased with the service. Returned on 8/9 for a refill (different technician) and while I experienced some mild burning I had an otherwise uneventful visit. Returned today for a refill (yet another tech by the name of "Neel") and after being questioned "Where my lashes were done?" "Who did my lashes?" How long ago they were done?" The tech ("Neel") continued to accuse me of having services rendered at another establishment. I paid the previous visit with my debit card, I showed proof that the services were completed there, on the date stated. At that point I was met with "You have to see that tech because we all do lashes differently" (although she previously stated they have techs visit from different shops so it's really no way to know

I'd rate lower if I could. Average, rushed service but extremely arrogant about demanding tips. I left 18% on a threading job, which is apparently not enough so the lady at the register actually called me back to demand more. Based on the reviews, this seems to be a pattern and they've definitely lost my business. Do better.

Terrible experience. There are only two workers, the products are not properly cleaned, and many women end up with rashes after services here. They also pressure customers into giving $10 tips. Please be cautious when considering this place.

The WORST customer service ever. I walked in while the workers on her cell phone and got no acknowledgment. I had to ask if establishment was open, she looked at me and did not respond but continued conversing. I waited a few seconds and then again asked hello are you open? She put her hand up and told me a few minutes and then continue talking on the phone. DO NOT waste your time or money!!
