So tired and angry with the inconsistency, poor nail service, and wasted money I've spent here. How many times does one need to go back to have their nails "fixed?" BUBBLING gel polish because of malfunctioning UV dryers. Easy to chip nails because of too many interruptions during your service to help someone else on the phone. And, CHARGING you more to fix it! Wanted pretty nails for my holiday with my family. Silly me. Lost me as a client permanently.

I came in for a simple gel manicure. just one solid color, no designs or anything fancy. But when it was time to pay, I was surprised to see an extra $10 added. They claimed it was for something “special,” but they never explained what that meant, and honestly, there was nothing special about it. No nail art, no extras. just a basic gel polish. I felt really misled. When I asked about the charge, the response was vague and unhelpful. It just didn’t sit right with me. I expected more transparency and better customer service. Sadly, I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values honest pricing.

I am VERY satisfied with my gel manicure! I am pretty sure the lady who did them is named Jenn and she definitely took her time to make sure my nails were done well, which I really appreciated. The salon is very clean and I also thought the price I paid was reasonable.

UPDATED - 2023 - pink nails I have been coming here since they opened and always loved it. In fact, I would drive 35 minutes to come here because it was the only salon that did my nails the way I like them while being affordable, friendly and in a spacious building. However, my last experience has officially turned me away from ever coming back. ((This last time around I had two individuals who seemed to be new to doing nails and that may be the main issue here as their lack of experience shows in the results.)) My powder gel manicure was done too thick, is separating from my nails and is sloppy looking. They look chunky and weird! I tried this salon for 5 months, gave it a fair try , noticed the poor rating and reviews and experienced much of issues. First , Emma is the only redeeming reason to come … however in my experience 2 times she was not there for my scheduled appt and had someone else fill in . One time she ended up coming in late with another issue . My Spa gel pedicure had me leaving with a bleeding toe ( took a month to heal) and horrible scrapped heel from aggressive filing . I was booked for a new acrylic set with Emma , and she wasn’t there again… so A did my nails . I kept asking why she wasn’t removing my tips and starting fresh several times , she said don’t worry I will .
