I had a very good experience at this location. Quality - they did a good job ( full back wax service). It sometimes hurt. Service - Shala (sp?) was competent, professional, and kind. The visit ran on time, and felt slightly rushed at times. Atmosphere - the store is nice, the rooms and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Overall experience - was very good. Appreciated the first time guest offer (50% off), so very good value.

Ana Cecilia is the best. Very knowledgeable in her job. She is the first wax specialist that did not hurt me. She is personable and I would highly recommend her.
