I arrived on time for my scheduled slot and waited about 30 minutes for my nail tech to come in from outside. I completely understood and even told her to take her time settling in. However, the actual service ended up taking three full hours for a basic fill… no intricate work, just a regular fill!! This wasn’t with a new technician; this was with the manager, who is clearly experienced, so I was surprised by how long it took. What added to my frustration was the number of times she got up mid-service to show her friend things on her phone. I understand wanting to have a relaxed work environment, but when a service that typically takes under an hour stretches to three, it becomes really inconsiderate of my time. Had a great visit today and super happy with my nails. Everyone was very polite today. I guess they must have read those recent one star reviews and turned things around.

My family and I have been going to Blooming Nails for years. In my opinion, "Mia" is by far the best for mani/pedi as I have had others work on me, and not one has put the same care and/or effort into their service like she does..

I was politely asking for them to redo the design multiple times and they redid it and at some point gave up and left it how it was. my nails look nothing from the original photo and they didn’t even add the details that were in the photo. Not worth 70 dollars at all.

Came in for the first time for a gel pedicure on Friday. Besides the fact that nail tech was rough, my gel pedicure was OFF on most of my toe nails by Tuesday of next week. Paid $68 for not even a week of gel pedicure which usually lasts me 3 + weeks. Do not recommend this place.
