I drive 2 hours to see Salem and get my hair done at her studio. She is the queen of red heads, and for good reason. I am naturally brunette but on the regular people believe I am a natural. Salem is not a pushover and has healthy boundaries as any strong woman in business must have. I trust her so much with my head of hair and love getting to see her and her staff when I come in! Bloom feels like home right when you walk in. The environment and hospitality is inviting and relaxed which is really what I hope for when I decide to take time for self care. I have been seeing Salem for the past several years and cannot recommend her enough. She has taken me through warm brunette, beautiful balayage, and even my most recent copper tones — and every single time she absolutely nails it. Salem has an incredible eye for color which is something I value, being so heavily involved with color in my personal career. She knows how to create dimension, richness, and tones that feel elevated but still natural. My hair always looks (and feels) healthy and intentional when she is finished with it. Beyond her talent, she is professional, consistent, and truly cares about her clients

I was a client at Bloom Studiofor 9 months and I never had any problems until I tried to cancel an appointment back in September. I left a voicemail 3 days before my appointment and received a text letting me know that if I canceled, I'd be charged my full appointment fee (around $500) since it was within 2 WEEKS of my appointment. While that information was not posted etc anywhere on personal or business socials or the website, I decided to keep the appointment to avoid my card being charged. I got a call from the salon 2 days later letting me know that Salem (my stylist & salon owner) went into labor and coulnd't keep our appointment for the next day, which was completely fine with me bc I obviously would never expect her to keep my appt while she was in labor, and I'd originally wanted

Got my hair done here today by Cammi. I’ve been getting my hair died blonde after it naturally blonde, turned brunette for about 15 years. This is by far the best experience I’ve had. I was blonde already, but not at my goal and not only did Cammi achieve my goal in one sitting while maintaining the health of my hair, but the whole appointment couldn’t have been better. The whole staff is extremely kind and welcoming. The owner is very sweet and considerate. Before my appointment, I read the reviews and unfortunately someone left a bad one for Cammi specifically. As a business owner I could tell it was absolutely illegitimate, from a customer that felt inferior because of Cammis, youth, beauty and talent and let me tell you that person was completely wrong for the review they left!!!!! Ca

Salem has been such an amazing hairstylist. I have had extensions for years and when I moved to Lynchburg I was concerned I wouldn’t find someone who would understand the journey I was on. I lost so much hair after having my baby and Salem has cared for my hair every step of the way helping it to be healthy, grow back, and keep my hair safe while using the best technique there is for my hair extensions. My hair is healthier than it has been in a very long time! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to do color or extensions in this area. She is kind and literally let me just cry in her chair my very first visit with her. Prices are fair and much lower than what I paid in Texas! She is amazing and you won’t regret letting her work her magic on your hair!
