Drew truly puts his whole heart into what he does, He doesn’t just give you a service; he tailors everything to your exact hair type, lifestyle, and personal style. My hair is not easy, it’s 2B, very fine and thin, frizzy, and has a pretty unusual wave pattern. It’s the kind of hair that most people don’t quite know what to do with. But Drew took the time to understand it and customize everything accordingly, from smoothing treatments to extensions, color, and cuts. For the first time ever, I like my hair. Drew is amazing. Ah-Mazing. After going through a traumatic event 2 years ago half my hair fell out and it’s never been the same since. Every time I looked in the mirror it would stir up so many emotions for me. When I finally decided to bite the bullet and get extensions, Drew walked me through the entire process and was extremely informative and caring. While he was putting the extensions in he calmed my nerves by answering all my questions (again!) and I had such a wonderful time getting to know him, too. I now have had my extensions in for 3 weeks and it has completely transformed my confidence. I am So. So. So. Happy. I’ve been going to Bloom since as long as I can remember. I love it for its small business feel and thoughtfulness and care that Drew encompasses. I have complete trust in him, love his honesty and primary objective to deliver results that the customer wants. I also look to him for advice and he always delivers. He gets me, we jive well and I will forever be a very happy client. I’ve also had two facials from Mary Rose at Bloom and it was fantastic! I stand by it being the BEST facial of my life. I scheduled one for my mom for Mother’s Day so that she can experience it as well. 💆‍♀️

I have been a client of Drew’s for 6 years now and there is no place I’d rather go for my hair services. From my first initial consultation, I knew and trusted that Drew was extremely knowledgeable and great at what he does. Every time I leave my appointment, my hair is amazing and I feel amazing! Before reading this reveiw i want everyone to know that i am not trying to be mean or anything i just want people to know of my experience. It did get reaolved well in the end. I went in to get a balayage with black and a natural shade of gold for a weading. Granted I did have some box dye in my hair but it was mostly faded out. When we finished I expressed that the color was very brown and I was not happy with it. On top of that my natural hair color was showing through the black aswell. Patt bleached my hair 3 times and rinsed it out to soon each time resulting in my hair being overly damaged. After finally rinsing out bleach I was happy with the gold color and then she put toner in it and that is what ruined the color. Mind you that part was an extra hour step and her hourly rate is 75
