If you have the option to go to another nail shop, please do this should be your absolute last resort in the neighborhood. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Cathy was extremely unprofessional and clearly did not want to do her job. The man at the front desk (I’m not sure of his name) was very unaccommodating and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The service overall was terrible, and they charge for services without doing the work properly. I do not recommend this place at all.

This is now my third powder gel manicure from Bloom salon. I have gone to different places all over the island and the quality here is just great. I had my last manicure on for over a month with no chipping or lifting, it still looked great my nails were just too long! The staff is polite, accommodating, and take their time to give you a nice result. Highly recommend!

The customer service here needs some serious improvement. I went in with my mom for a wax, and my mother paid for both of our services. The lady cashing her out took 20% away from my mom’s change to keep as a tip for herself. WITHOUT ASKING. I have NEVER heard of a salon automatically deducting the tip from a service. There were no signs posted if they WERE going to be doing this, and my mom didn’t realize until we sat down in the car and she saw her change was only $8, when it should have been $12. The greed in this establishment is terrible. Had we known they did this, we would have demanded the tip back. Tips are given at the discretion of the customer. This is insane.

Very clean salon ! Just got normal manicure but was very happy with the results.
