“Owners son” didn’t care to use any product or style after the cut, took phone calls during our booked time, and consistently apologized for being on his phone & booking other appointments while I was in the seat. Will not be returning. Not to mention I sat & waited 10 minutes until I was greeted for an appointment I booked in advance, keep in mind the barber I had was at his station the whole time I experienced this…plus the shop was empty & no other customers were getting a cut, so it absolutely seemed intentional. I still tipped out of principle however for a $50+ haircut I expect 100% professionalism which was not found here. After styling and using my own product I was satisfied with the cut, but certainly not the customer service. Great skill for the cut, but subtracted by the abysma

Carrie Hauck is a Barber's Barber. If you are a man and if you prefer the experience of a barber over that of a licensed cosmetolgist you'll at a cost cutters, then book with Carrie. I've been through several barber's over the last decade, and she is by far, the most talented. If you do book with her, please do as I do: once every three weeks, 30-50% tip, and schedule the follow-on appointment before you leave. Doing so is the difference between looking dapper, or risking looking dopey.

I absolutely love it here. At first I thought it was a tattoo shop cuz that was the vibe I got from just looking at the outside. I saw later on in was a barber shop and decided to check it out. I booked with Kelly and she has been my go to ever since. The atmosphere is absolutely perfect. Greeted by everyone, music is awesome. Kelly took the time to get to know me and who I am. She does a fantastic job. I can get a hair cut anywhere, but when I get my haircut from Kelly I am nonstop getting comments from everyone. That’s how I know I have the perfect barber. 100% recommended to have your hair cut here. Even my 5 yr old son loves my hair cut. He asked where some of my hair went and I told him that some of my hair was razor’d shaved off and has asked me to take him next time to get one. I

I consistently go to Nate for a haircut and he always kills it. The crew here is incredibly friendly and really knows what they're doing. I always leave feeling like a million bucks. The atmosphere is also fantastic, a very relaxing place to be. Love this crew a ton and would recommend them to anyone!

Today I had a great experience getting my haircut with Kelly. Right off the bat, she gave off this cool, rocker vibe. I wasn't really sure what style I wanted, but being an older guy, I asked her to help me look hip and trendy. We chatted about options, and I decided to let her take the lead. She ended up giving me a euro-style cut that kind of resembled a wide mohawk while leaving some long hair for extra flair. She also took care of my eyebrows, neatly trimmed my beard to match the new look, and wrapped my head with a warm cloth before using a straight edge to clean everything up. The shop felt super clean and had a modern feel to it. I’m really glad I stumbled upon this barbershop while visiting from Las Vegas. Definitely a five-star experience, and it's easy to see why so many others f
