If i could put zero stars i would read this all the way through. (Bad customer service if your hair gets ruined) I came into this salon a couple weeks ago to get my hair more blonde, and drove home in tears. I extremely kindly messaged the stylist who did my hair, which resulted in me being pushed off saying i have to come back in, firstly i live over 3 hours away and the stylist is aware of this, secondly the only reason id be called to come back in is to schedule another appointment meaning id have to pay again and im uncomfortable doing that. i paid 265$ for basically a partial highlight but i booked a full, i asked for a atleast a 75$ refund and got told the only way i could reach the manager is by coming back in. it would literally cost me 50$ in gas just to go, not including food etc

I’ve been hesitant to share this because the staff here is genuinely kind, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. I’ve never had such severe breakage from a salon in my life. I’ve been growing my hair out for my wedding for the past two years, and after getting full highlights done, a significant amount of my hair broke off. My hair went from rib-length to shoulder-length within days. I’ve been getting highlights for many years and have never experienced damage like this. Just beware.

Regan Ferris is your girl if you want to get your hair done amazing!!!!! She is super personable and experienced !!! She works Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday!!!!!! Call and get an appointment she is so worth it!!!!!!

Funny how you put these beautiful pictures up and Iv wasted $820 and was told by Hazel yesterday that you can't foil all of my hair. My hair looks horrible!! She knows how long it takes to do my hair and books other people so she gives me off to someone else to finish my hair. The second time she left toner in my hair for 30 minutes bc she was working with another client and forgot about me and turned my hair brassy.
