I was extremely nervous about lightening my very dark hair, especially because I’m very mindful of my hair health. Madelyn took the time to do a strand test, walk me through the process, and truly prioritize the integrity of my hair. That alone meant so much to me. I was in town for a wedding and needed a good styled blow-dry before the event. I called the salon and they were able to fit me in the next day. I was randomly scheduled with Raina and I could not have had a better experience! She was lovely to connect with, listened well to what I wanted for the style, and was patient and attentive to detail all the way through. My hair looked as great as when my longtime stylist does it. I left the salon happy and got lots of compliments on my hair. I highly recommend Bio Salon and specifically Raina!

I've been going to Blo for several years, probably close to 10+. Jen is my stylist. She's more like a friend at this point. The salon is top notch, clean and professional. Jen is incredibly talented, I only trust her to do my hair. If you're looking for an upscale salon and a great experience, I definitely recommend.
