First I want to start by saying, I had a pleasant experience with the staff. They are all very friendly and fun to be around. My technician was lovely. BUT the pedicure I received was terrible. My toes were cut and filed but the corners and sides were not filed so they were very sharp and growing to cause ingrown nails. The filing was uneven and the paint job was horrific. I can’t even believe I was sent home like this.Towards the end of my pedicure, I overheard that my technician was in fact a hair stylist and not a nail tech. I don’t understand why they allowed her to do my pedicure if she is clearly inexperienced. Pictures were taken 1 hour after pedicure.

I want to start by saying I don't normally write reviews, good or bad. But my friend booked a "Wedding " hair style with this Salon we are from W.V and it was a beach wedding. Rating 4.5 Stars who's rating this place the workers???? She called and specifically asked can they do "Ethnic textured hair" Yes of course. LIES.! It was a very Simple style nothing big or fancy for a beach wedding. THIS SALON CHARGED $150 FOR WEDDING HAIR. Not an Issue it was paid for in advance and AFTER 3 HOURS!! Her hair looked worse then when we got there. The Bridal Party ended up having to Fix it the BEST WE COULD before the wedding which she was almost late for on the count of the SALON having no clue how to deal with her Hair Type.. I don’t know where to start, my sister called to set up a bridal hair appt, we were never given a contract she was never informed they just scheduled! Let’s fast forward to the day I was getting my hair done, the hair stylist was nice but said she didn’t know why she was blocked off so long of a slot and then when she got in to work was told she had to do a brides hair and she was unaware of that until that morning and stated multiple times she doesn’t do bride hair that another stylist does, my bridal party had to leave to start to get ready it was me and my friend left, I showed her a look I wanted we tried it didn’t work so I came up myself with another solution to try long story short the stylist stated she didn’t know what to do several times but I was running out of time and my frie

My 15 year old daughter asked for 4 or 5 inches cut! The stylist put her hair in a ponytail and cut it while it was dry! I kid you not it was more like 8 plus inches my child was devastated and cried the entire time! Who does that especially when she showed the stylist with her hands how much! Will not be returning’!

A few days before the bachelorette party, 3 people in the party had emergencies - one had COVID, one's father broke his hip and pelvis and was hospitalized, and one's apartment flooded.
