I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience so others are aware. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. However, during my basic gel pedicure, the technician was quite rough and I ended up with injuries (pictured). While working on my big toe, the technician began digging into the nail area without me requesting this. It was painful, and I repeatedly expressed that it hurt and that I was uncomfortable, but the digging continued. By the end of the service, my toe was bleeding and later developed scabs, and my toenail is extremely sore. In hindsight, I know I should have stopped the service or spoken up more firmly, but I was genuinely surprised, as I have never experienced this level of roughness during a pedicure before. I absolutely love the way Emily does my nails!! She is always open to new designs and does a wonderful job. I travel for work and sometimes I have gone awhile between fills and have never had a problem. She is the Best!! Thank you Emily for taking such good care.

I went to this place not that long ago my nails came out absolutely horrible. The paint is scratched off my nails have stains on them from when they did it. They didn’t have any clean brushes to clean your nails with. They were really rough with my nails, my nails were actually bleeding by the time I left and they charged me nearly $50 for these nails when they came out absolutely horrible , I called the salon back over the weekend. I was told by the manager I could come in on Monday and get a refund. I called again today because it’s Monday and I was told that I can’t get a refund because I waited too long. All they can do is a refill my nails or redo them completely and I told him I can’t have my nails redone because the way they did my nails the first time messed up my actual nail beds,

Amazing! They got me in very quickly even though I was getting both a gel pedicure and a full set. The environment is amazing, I love all the decorations. My pedicure was amazing, I don’t have a full toenail on my big toe and they made me one (see picture). You cannot even tell! She also spent a lot of time on my nail art and made sure to get it perfectly matching my other hand. Everything is priced very well. 10/10 recommend.
