Unfortunately, this was the worst manicure experience I have ever had. I left crying in disappointment and disbelief at how much I had spent for such poor quality ($85 before tip). I had a good experience prior, so I returned. This visit, the nail tech did not wash my hands prior, file my nails, or cut a single cuticle. The dip thickness layers, and the shape of the nails were completely inconsistent. My natural long nail bed shape was changed to a short “duck” shape with the dip. The French tips are uneven. The chrome is uneven. The entire process was rushed and messy despite arriving less than an hour of opening. I left with hardened topcoat and dip residue surrounding my fingers and under my nails To the point, my nails are sticking to the skin of the tip of my fingers. It feels like I

I’m disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. The technician was rude and did not respect my requests. I felt unheard and uncomfortable during my visit . Customer service should be more professional and respectful.

I had a great experience with my nail tech! She was fast and I showed her an inspo pic and she made my nails look even better!! Little pricey, but I did get chrome added! Great place overall!!

I’ve never left a bad review before, but I spent $80 (before tip) on a simple gel manicure and eyebrow waxing on Saturday. All of my nails are different shapes, the paint is already starting to chip and the paint has massive thick spots. Not to mention the scab on my face from being burnt doing my eyebrows. Only positive was the staff was SO kind.

Love love love all the people that work here. This nail place has the most powder dip colors of any other place I've ever been to, and they have gotten my nails back to being thick and healthy instead of thin and brittle when I was getting acrylic. It also doesn't hurt that they offer a snack and a drink while you get your nails done. I love going after I get off work and being able to enjoy a glass of wine while my nails are being done.
