Bliss Nail Spa

I typically go to Bliss for all of my nail services. My last visit was NOT great at all. The service was rushed, and very unpleasant.One of the male workers had a very nasty attitude, and continuously told me he was doing me a favor by not charging me for fixing an acrylic overlay that was previously applied 2 weeks earlier by bliss and in his words was a “bad application” before I let him know that the acrylic overlay set was actually applied by this salon . I asked for the manager , to explain the situation and how I would like someone else because the first male worker was rushing and very rude. He also laughed in my face and stated that I was “crazy”. Disrespectful treatment by Management! My daughter and I went to Bliss nail spa to get pedicures today. We had appointments for 2 pm, we arrived a few minutes prior to our appointment time and it was standing room only. We waited over 30 minutes to get called back and then again we waited, and our water got cold. I finally got a tech at 2:45 and still no one for my daughter who was sitting in cold water. Meanwhile two groups of people that came in well after we did have been seated and already had techs. I called the manager over to complain. He explained that they also had appointments and requested their usual nail tech where I said first available tech. I’ve been coming to Bliss for a few years now and have never once left disappointed! I usually call the day of and they always manage to fit me in for a same day appointment (not needed as they accept walk ins). I always see Bo for my gel pedicures - he’s incredibly detailed, takes his time with the cleaning and gives the most relaxing massages. He’s also so kind and personable I recommended him to my mom and now she only sees him aa well! I always leave smiling and so happy with how my nails look

Destiny is OCD and I love it. Fill and pedicure on point and took her time.

I went because I had a gift card. The pedicure was okay, the full set, gel with chrome powder was lacking. My nails are all pointed toward the ceiling and they aren’t even a week old and chipping. The young lady doing my nails didn’t speak to me at all, and seemed incredibly rushed to finish my service. The owner/manager (?) stands over everyone’s shoulder and hovers at the door. It’s intimidating to someone trying to relax and enjoy some pampering. While they may give others an excellent experience, the few times I’ve gone, I’ve not enjoyed the experience.
