Bliss Nail Lounge

I was extremely upset and disappointed in my experience this past weekend. I have done my nails here before and have had great experiences but this time was far from it. I asked for a short almond with the white chrome. The pictures speak for themselves. I can not believe i paid $75 for this, but i felt bad and just wanted to get out of there as i was so upset about the outcome. I went to another salon right after to get them removed right away and upon removal noticed the gel underneath was still wet, the new tech stated thankfully i went and got it removed as i would have gotten fungus all over if i had kept them. I normally don’t like leaving bad reviews but i spent a lot of money and could not believe this job.

I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. As I was having the pedicure, the lady next to me was getting her manicure and pedicure at the same time in the massage chair. However, my technician asked me to come to her table for the manicure. I asked if I could stay in the chair a few more minutes. About five minutes later I moved to the table, and put my hand in the manicure bowl. I told the technician the water was cold. She said, "that's because I was waiting for you." Seriously? She also did not put a towel down during my manicure; I had my arms on the cushion with no cover. Then she took her manicure clippers from her yellow cat paw cover, cut my cuticles, and put her clippers back inside the yellow cat paw shaped silicone cover. I don’t really like to leave reviews, but after my second visit today, I am not happy at all and I paid $60! I had a fill done and I asked for a little bit shorter and completely got super short to the point where she had to build it back up and at that point i needed tips! it looks really bad. I felt like it was rushed in. The first time was great, but I’m not happy at all, but I spent that much to something that I don’t like. I have an event this weekend and now my nails look bad. I have no idea where else to go, but I’ll definitely not be going back there.!! I guess she didn’t understand me, and I had naturally long nails underneath the dip and now I’ve lost all those nails!!! Look at the middle finger completely short and not the shape. It should be it needed an acrylic tip after cut

Very disappointed came here a few times and had no issues until this time. Nobody talked to me, The shape of my nails is inconsistent and there’s little bubbles underneath the polish and they’re lumpy. Also very inconsistent prices paid over $50 for a fill-in that was a basic polish change no broken or anything confused on why I charged so much and they told me because I had them shortened and shape change, except it was the same shape I had before not quite sure why they charged extra also had gnats flying around and nobody said or did anything about it

2 great experiences at Bliss. First I went to check it out and got a dip change and design and then booked my daughter a mani pedi in their kids chairs. Love that she can sit by herself and got the whole experience!! I’ll be returning for sure.
