Hope to get an INFECTION AND SUE THIS PLACE … LEFT ALL residue on ALL TEN NAIL!!!! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I have received at this salon. This was my third visit. The first time was acceptable, but the second and third visits were equally terrible. I was charged $95 for a service that was poorly done and completely disregarded my instructions. I clearly explained that I wanted my nails fully redone because the previous set was old and my natural nails were long enough. I specifically requested GEL. Despite this, the technician began applying powder instead, completely ignoring what I asked for. This is not the first time this has happened. I needed an alternative nail salon since my regular nail tech is in Bayonne. I went Saturday morning, and while it wasn’t busy, the quality of service was still extremely disappointing. My mother and I were taken in right away, but unfortunately, that was the only positive part of the experience. While getting my nails done, the drill nicked my finger multiple times. Thankfully I wasn’t bleeding, but that alone made me uncomfortable. The acrylic was applied all the way up onto my cuticles, which already looked sloppy. When I tried to clean around my nails myself, the polish started coming off and this wasn’t even 25 hours later. They don’t properly clean around your nails when they’re finished. Instead, they leave residue sitting there and try to cover it up by putting lotion and a hot t

I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure last week. I didn’t have a go to person so Kim was the one who gave me service. It was a highly disappointing experience. She ended up filing my nails after the nail paint was cured and made my nails look very sloppy. I didn’t have a very long nail bed but she pushed the cuticles back unnecessarily even though I wasn’t going to add acrylic tips. Post the service my cuticles on both hands were damaged and kept hurting with the skin peeling off. My gel polish also came off in 5 days. I would suggest never go with Kim for your service. Blink Nails you really need to have better training for your Nail Techs.

The salon I normally go to was busy and I desperately wanted my nails to get done, Blink is right down the road from me so I thought let’s give it a try and now I’ve found my new go-to spot! (Sorry my photos aren’t the best lol) Danny was the absolute best. Very kind, funny, easy to talk to, attentive, made sure removing old builder gel wasn’t hurting, that the length and shape were good, etc. I did walk in toward the EOD but he didn’t rush at all. I never do French, so I was a little hesitant to do it somewhere I’ve never gotten my nails done at before but im so happy I did! As an owner of this nail salon, I would do an inquiry of all your nail techs and the prices they charge people for services that are priced differently on your website. It’s fraudulent to be charged higher than what it says on your website. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of getting my nails done by Panda today who refused to acknowledge that she filed my nail down too much on one side but also showed frustration when my fingers did not bend to the angle that she needed them to go in order to shape them (that’s a first for me). Plus I had my arms positioned over a sponge or the UV LED light the entire time. Never has that happened either. Regardless the real issue came down to paying. I came in for a gel fill in. Usually that would be 55-70 depending on the place, shape and design.
