The ladies are amazing. Really cute nail salon. Got regular manicure and gel pedicure. Very relaxing experience.

I’ve been going to Bling for over 4 years now and it is truly my favorite nail salon in Richmond. No matter what nail design I bring Ann she always executes it perfectly and even better than what I imagined. I highly recommend this place. Ann is not only incredibly talented but also the sweetest person ever!

This place is awful if you want regular polish nails! They do not care about giving you a proper service since it’s a “cheaper” option. The whole appointment was 15 minutes max and you can see why from the pictures. The lady barely took off my old black polish off correctly before painting on the red. She didn’t even offer cuticle service. Left so many blank areas near the cuticle and that’s even after I complained and she “fixed it”. I would not have paid for the service if they hadn’t already charged me and asked for tip even before starting. Sadly it was for an event and I just went home and took them right off. Also forgot to mention but I got home an hour later and the terrible polish was still not dry. I will not be back and do not recommend this place

Been here a few times and I really like that they can do designs, however, on several occasions, when I get designs, the polish ends up chipping. 😫This time recently, I really needed my nails done for an event, and before I even made it home, the paint had chipped; 😔 and when I came to get it fixed (the second time, in less than 24 hours!) all the nails tech, Jenn, would do was shave away the chipped paint and put on a top coat. I asked her “Do you think that’ll work, this time?” 😒 Needless to say, it did NOT. Plus I got her obviously annoyed attitude to go along with, the whole frustrating situation. So that was great 👍 🥹 However, Faith did an amazing job on my pedicure! Thank you so much Faith 🩷 And Thank you Jenn for trying 😔 And also filling so hard, the sides of my nails hurt for two

i’m really unhappy with the nails i just got. i said i wanted to keep my length because it takes a long time for my nails to grow and she filed them to the skin. i got a dip manicure, she started by applying the dip as if it were acrylic, then drilling it without applying the activator making it flake off and expose my nail again. she then started applying the dip the way it’s supposed to be applied by painting the base and dipping my finger in the powder and finally applying activator. at this point my nails were bumpy and bulbous. i figured she would drill it off and make it smooth and slim but that didn’t happen. my nails are bulbous, uneven, and short. i asked if i could do some filing before she put a top coat on because i didn’t like the bulbous look, she said she would do it AFTER t
