Having just moved here from the westcoast, being a natural brunette rocking a full icy platinum blonde, finding a new stylist was... well terrifying. Adela did such an fantastic job, I am so happy to have her as my new stylist.

Take it from this natural brunette who has visited multiple hair dressers over the years striving for a natural looking blonding - Adela knows her stuff! She was able to transform my hair into exactly what I had been asking for for years during my first appointment with her. I just went back for a touch up and she knocked it out of the park again. My hair has never looked better! Her business is also new to the Ithaca area, and she recently moved into a beautiful new space with a bright and comfortable aesthetic. 10/10 would recommend!

I got my hair bleached here right before my college graduation. She didn’t listen to what I wanted, and she left my hair fried and coming out in chunks. When I had detailed to her that I didn’t like the product and that my hair was damaged she would not respond to me. I had to reach out to her multiple occasions and she never offered me a solution in a timely manner when she knew that I was about to graduate college and how important it is for me to have good hair. She only provided me options after my college graduation and sadly, I graduated college with the worst hair of my life. She charged me for a balayage and left me in chunks never offered a refund or to even fix the service that she performed.

Had an amazing walk-in experience and got the layered hair cut & blowout of my dreams! So grateful and had such a lovely pleasant day!
