Since you won’t respect our request our family we will intervene in making our voice loud and clear. You stated they enjoyed their themselves while at your store getting their hair chopped up. It’s because everyone was smiling and laughing at jokes until they realized what you was doing. You should not wash someone’s perm off and add new perm The same day… you’re pathetic. If there was an option to rate this salon less than 1 star, I would do it. I received one of the worst color jobs ever. I arrived with dark brown hair and asked for a lighter shade of brown with highlights. I specifically showed a picture of what I had in the past to give an example and clearly mentioned what I did not want, which was anything too bright and reddish. I also asked her to show me some pictures of highlights that she did. What she showed me looked good but now I am thinking, she probably showed me somebody else's picture but not something that she did. When she was finished coloring my hair, I had exactly what I did not want in terms of color but, not only that, the way in which the color was applied was very sloppy and uneven. And it’s also funny you didn’t post my pictures when we both did our hairs the same day. I am highly disappointed and disgusted on how you scam ppl for your services. Niyetta has been my trim woman for the past 7 years. I trim twice a year and her trims are clean, precise, and lasting. One of the only beauticians that I’ve ever had in my life that leaves a clear edged line on my hanging tresses. She also only cuts as much as I desire. She’s done washes and deep conditions for me as well, but I always bring my own products-she is so accommodating. Customer for life!

Niyetta is the best!!! I took my daughter to get the balayage done, she went above and beyond. Balayage takes time and patience. She was very careful, very patient, she made sure not to rush, not to mention she was very welcoming, professional, and very sweet to me and my daughter. She made sure the tone was the exact color my daughter wanted. She conditioned her hair to prevent any kind of damage and styled it beautifully. I highly recommend!
