BLANKSPACES - Hollywood Sunset Coworking Office Space

Got a pretty unfriendly vibe from the staff member present. Like I wasn't welcome there or something. Also the whole mask obsession when even he himself realizes it's ridiculous and doesn't do it. Cmon. Didn't let me know there's a whole upstairs area until I realized later and checked it out, the seating there was actually more comfortable for working. Also, whoever designed these airplane seats should do some soul searching. Nobody wants to sit in that chair.

I started working from here in June 2022, and am really happy here! The space is friendly but quiet, and offers so much room. For my business, the 24 hour access is absolutely crucial, since I often work either early and later hours. There is plenty of parking on site or on the streets nearby. I highly recommend Blankspaces to anyone looking for cost effective, comfortable office space in LA.

A gem. I started coming while it was still under construction in February, and have since upgraded to a dedicated desk. I was hopping coffee shops before, and when I did the math I'm not only infinitely more productive now, I'm also saving money! You can pick an environment to suit your work mood: well lit open lounge seating, bar high top, large shared tables, dedicated desks, enclosed "phone booths" that are really mini-lounges, head down quiet areas, what have you. Staff is extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful (shout out Catherine and Lani!). There's parking underneath, a bus stop on the corner, and restaurants galore in the area. I have been going to Blankspaces since August and I am very happy here. I appreciate that they have locations across the area. I regularly use the Long Beach, Santa Monica and Hollywood locations. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful (especially Taylor and Dani).

Fantastic location right at Larchmont and Melrose, an easy walk up from the shops at Larchmont village and right next to Cafe Gratitude if you want to step out for a break. Make sure you go upstairs where they have a lounge area mixed with private offices and conference rooms. I think it strikes the right balance between being a serious place to work without being stuffy.
