Black Spa

I had been ordering these products for maybe over a year. There were a few times when it took awhile to get my order but I didn’t trip because I LOVED the products. So anytime she would have a sale i would order somethings whether I needed them are not. I placed an order for the Black Friday sale still haven’t received my items nor any response. I got an tracking email on 1/25 but no movement other than a label being created. Super disappointed…but the customer service I would see online I did not like so i should have stopped ordering than …she deleted all comments when you ask about your order …

This girl is an absolute scammer. She’s a poor excuse for a business owner and for a woman. I ordered over 100$ worth of products from her in August 2022. I never received it. According to UPS, a shipping label was created in DECEMBER 2022. Her website says 7-14 business days for processing. It’s now whole new year. I have sent multiple emails and she doesn’t have the respect to respond. First I asked for my package and then I finally asked for a refund. Either way, she doesn’t respond. Her Google reviews are low and multiple people comment under her posts on Instagram inquiring about their packages but she just deletes them. This is so awful, I have held my tongue long enough. I guess she needs the funds that bad. God takes care of people like this.

I would give this “company” zero stars if it was allowed. I placed an order for her Black Friday sale in November of 2021 and its now March 2022 and I have yet to receive my order. She requested a shipping label in January to make it seem as if she was shipping products, but never followed through. When you place the tracking number, it just states that the delivery date will be updated as soon as possible; it’s been like this since January. Do not order from this business; check the reviews. SHE’S A FRAUD!!!

A friend of mine raves about this place. She absolutely won’t stop talking about it, so I decided to order some cleanser. I ordered the cleanser on October 29th and it’s November 15th and the product hasn’t even been shipped. I understand shortages and needing to allow for time for product to be made, but my goodness, it hasn’t even been shipped yet! I ordered from two other businesses that same day and my product arrived within the next week. I want to really like this place, I really do, but I haven’t quite been this satisfied in a long time. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be buying from this spa ever again. I’m completely turned off.

Every last one of the reviews are telling the honest to God truth…I purchased items from her via Sezzle, not once but twice, mainly for insurance in case I didn't receive my orders…well low and behold, I actually didn’t receive either order…SEZZLE tried to make contact , investigated etc…. I don’t think they got a response from her so ultimately I was refunded for both orders…girl is really shady…she’s changed her Co. name to Holistichomegoral now…BEWARE
