I’m going to put this on Raw Reviews as well. I found a stylist that works in this shop on TikTok — first mistake. I paid for a 3 bundle deal including the closure. I noticed I was arriving 30 minutes late, but MIND YOU SHE STILL TOOK ME. If I was an inconvenience, she would’ve never taken me. She started my hair at approximately 10:50. She washed and blow dried it, and by 12:00 my closure was installed. Please keep in mind I arrived at 10:30 (my appointment was for 10 AM). Her other client then came in, and the stylist told me she would be working BETWEEN THE BOTH OF US. She ended up doing the other client’s whole head and didn’t get back to me until 5 PM. At that point I started crying because I’m pregnant and very emotional, and I couldn’t defend or speak up for myself the WAY I want

I’ve been here twice. First time I did a sew in maintenance and the next time I did a take down, wash + blow. The owner/manager is so nice and accommodating. The other stylists are very intentional and check in every step of the way. I must say they have my business moving forward - pretty solid experience overall.

if you’re thinking about booking, I would do it immediately. Bee is the BEST hairstylist. I live in Boston, so if I tell you the drive is worth it.. it 100% is!! Her & her team are extremely nice, professional, & CLEAN. I booked a sew-in in March & it lasted me MONTHS. The bundles from this company are unmatched they are truly the best of the best when it comes to quality.

I absolutely loveee B’Krowned I can’t express it enough!! They’re an extremely understanding and accommodating group. You get the same quality of work from any chair you sit in. And they do their best to make your appointment as comfortable as possible. I’ll be returning again and again!

After reading the reviews I’ve come to learn they’re a great salon just a very bad shipping system with their online clients including myself… I paid for 4 day shipping $400+ in total for everything & received little to no communication about my package- no tracking or updates. After two weeks I’ve decided to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere… Whoever runs their Instagram account is on top of it, & the only responsive part of the process- being that the only confirmation I have that I’ll be refunded is a instagram DM. No email, not even a screenshot. The shipping manager however is incredibly unresponsive for such a credible business this is surprising. I expected better.
