Being fair 1st I will say Kristen's does good cut and color. . The 1st three appointments she was about 20 mins late showing up for appointment. I never said anything. My last appointment which would have been the 26th of April. My only day off. I got there she had someone in her chair. My appointment was for 12. She said hello and nothing more. So I start waiting finally at 12:35 I ask how much longer do you think you will be. She said 15 mins more I said ok sat down to wait again. If She was a good business person she would have told me when I 1st got there I could have run somewhere and came back. She then starts talking about me to person in her chair. Hello I have ears. She don't like to be questioned. ( Is what she said to girl ) I have the right to ask that simple ❓❓. It is my time

Rebecca is absolutely wonderful and so friendly! She has been my hairstylist for the last two years and has always done an amazing job! I highly recommend her!

Jessica was great the first time. Fixed a terrible mess. However, the next two original visits did not go as hoped. I left with brassy roots and told her they were. It took FIVE weeks to get her to fix it. She canceled multiple times. Then in my last visit, I went in with super blonde hair. I said I wanted that same color with a FEW darker pieces. I left with baby poop brown hair on top and all blonde underneath. It was 9:30 at night when I left. I was too mad to have it fixed immediately but text her and she didn’t reply til the next day. I didn’t pay all that money to be blonde to have it ruined. She refused to try to fix it and refunded my money. She did the right thing there, but refusing to even try to fix was wrong. The overall salon experience was fantastic! The girls are very helpful! Rebecca was wonderful, she makes you feel welcome & gives you the royal treatment! Music was lit too! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a salon!

Becky is my new hairdresser since I've relocated to Daytona. I'm very, very happy with that I found her. (Both color and cut) Thank you Becky!!!
