I have been seeing Kirstin for several years before opening her own suite. I always leave with what I wanted & more! So much dimension + treatments that leave my hair healthier & shinier. She has great customer service - I can talk if I want to, or read my book the whole time & she lets me relax. Plus her new space is beautiful & all the best vibes! Highly recommend!!

I recently visited Birdie & Brooks Hair Salon with my 5-year-old daughter, and we both had an amazing experience! The salon is clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. We got our hair done by the stylist Kirstin, who was incredibly patient, bubbly, and accommodating. She made sure my daughter felt comfortable and special throughout the entire process. We both loved our haircuts and enjoyed every moment of our visit. I’ve been going Birdie for YEARS now, yet this is my favorite environment I’ve been in. Their suite is such a great reflection of their personal styles and I’ve loved watching it transform into such. Birdie is an expert at blonding and is always so much fun to visit. She consistently delivers and has always made me feel heard when I’m in her chair. Kirstin specializes in color and extensions. Her clients always leave the chair looking absolutely fabulous. Between the two of them, they will meet any need you may have when it comes to hair. They really are the DREAM TEAM!!!

When I moved to NC, I tried a few different stylists and was thrilled to find Kirstin at Birdie and Brooks! She does an amazing job with my balayage, making my hair look naturally lightened and beautifully blended at the roots. Highly recommend!

Kirstin is wonderful! She always listens to me when I’m discussing what I want done with my hair, and is super professional while still being down to earth and kind. She was the first stylist I went to when I moved to NC, and I wouldn’t want to see anyone else. I trust her judgement implicitly when it comes to my hair, and I always leave her chair feeling better than when I came in!
