Bijou Nails

I’ve come here three times thinking my experience would be different, but unfortunately it hasn’t improved. I came in hoping for a relaxing experience and quality service. While the atmosphere and refreshments are nice, the actual service I received did not match the price especially for the third time. During this visit, I had my acrylic removed and asked for shellac over my natural nails. Unfortunately, my nails ended up looking a mess. I let the nail technician know that I didn’t like how they were looking, but she asked me to wait until she finished before making a final decision. I did, but once she finished they actually looked worse. The nails were different lengths and shapes, and some areas were bumpy to the point where you could still see skin underneath. Lorena the nail tech was exceptional! She is so kind and makes you feel relaxed and right at home in the nail salon. She did an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure! I almost took a nap that’s how relaxed I was. This was a great way to start the day getting ready for my cousin’s wedding! I will be back and God bless you Lorena :D

I wanted this to be a great experience but it felt kind of rushed and not well done. My cousin was uncomfortable the whole time she was getting her nails done we were getting pedicures too but they started with her manicure while in the chair instead of the girl switching sides my cousin was forced to have her hands crossed over causing her to be uncomfortable the whole time getting her manicure done. Now for my pedicure I didn’t notice before walking out my pedicure was not done well, I got shellac and it’s only 2 weeks later it’s already chipped not to mention my toenails are not fully covered and it’s bumpy. Very disappointing experience and I must say although the lady was nice we will not be going back. I was told to upgrade so it can last but it wasn’t even done well and now have to

First time there and they were the nicest and Sophie did my nails BETTER than the reference I gave her. They gave me drinks and were attentive even if they were a bit busy. Extremely good price as well for gems, nail art, and charms! I'll be coming back ❤️

After not coming for a bit I finally decided to come again, so happy I did! Emma did an amazing job on my pedicure, she paid great attention to details and provided such a great service. The cashier was amazing as well, I had a few concerns/questions and she answered them as best she could and when she wasn’t able to called back for the owner. He was amazing as well, very polite and understanding. I will definitely be back for my pedicures and requesting Emma when I come 🫶🏼
