Bibi Hair Braiding

*GENUINE and detailed review* In all honesty I’m not happy with my experience here. It’s my first time here but I’m someone tht rocks braids often so My problem isn’t even the amount of time it took to do my braids (went in at 1:15 got out by 9:30ish), but the QUALITY of these braids are terrible. It’s hard to believe I got my hair done at an actual African braid shop, I cld hv just went to someone’s apartment in the hood & got them done better. #1 the girl they had doing the back of my hair was ABNORMALLY slow . #2 She had fake nails on which made her braid even slower and made her more heavy handed because she had to struggle to grip due to the fake nails, now I have tension bumps at the back of my hair which NEVER has happened with Knotless braids I’ve gotten in the past. #3 She had

I got medium knotless braids. They started at 2:40pm & finished at about 5:30pm. Three hours max! They're sooo fast! Neat braids,& great service. My appt was at 3,they got on my head as soon as I came,& it was before my appointment time. Two worked on my head. My braids are so pretty. I will be coming back. They are officially my hair stylists for braids.

Bibi is amazing at her craft. Her shop is clean and she is professional and always has a great attitude. Her prices are fair and her services are top notch. I have been to other braiders who damage your edges and hair when putting in the braids. This has not been my experience with Bibi. She truly takes pride in protecting your natural hair.

I have been coming to BiBi for over 2 years now. She is professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable of different styles and light handed. She doesn’t take all day to braid my hair. She worked with my very short hair when no one else would. She can do any style and has different colors of hair to choose from. Thank you BIBI.

I generally have a decent experience, howeverrrrr this time I requested rope twist/jumbo Senegalese twist. Once my hair was finished I noticed that some of my ends were braided.....?!? So I began taking the ends down, the woman braiding my hair comes over to me fussing as if I don't have the right to tell he how I WANT MY HAIR THAT I'M PAYYYYYYING FOR. I'VE HAD THIS STYLE SEVERAL TIMES, HELL I'VE DONE MY OWN HAIR THIS WAY! NOT TO MENTION HALF MY ENDS ARE TWISTED ANOTHER HALF BRAIDED. TF??!? 🤔🤔🤔 Make it make sense! Out of respect of the customer she should have honored my request. I just won't be going back. Did not have the energy or time to go back & forth. Another thing, it's rude as hell to take a break to eat. I'm paying damn near $200 I expect good customer service, all the stopping i
