I am writing this as I am crying right now, I came to do my hair and they mess me up I wanted to do my hair blonde then my hair started to get damaged when I had the bleach on she started brushing my hair after almost a hour of leave it on and my hair fell off in peaces my hair felt crusty and she kept pulling my hair aggressively then she got mad because I told her that she was doing her job wrong then refused to wash my hair then she kicked my out the salon with bleach on my hair and keep in mind it was the day of my 15th birthday she charged me first for the hair dye and hair style coming up to $325 at the end of the day I didn’t get a refund back then I noticed when I was leaving she was using box hair dye from the liquor store down the street.

I’m very unhappy with my hair results. I didn’t believe the reviews, but I should of listen. After this lady dyi my hair the color looked uneven, it felt really dry, and started to fall off. I called her and told her, but she just insulted me and hanged up the phone. The beauty salons around the neighborhood told me that the owner is not licensed. I’m so mad that I trusted her with my hair and she couldn’t be honest to me. People please think about it twice before getting your hair done here.

I love this salon!!! Ask for Avelina, she’s the best at what she does! I went in with damaged hair from a box dye I did on my own and it went wrong so I came in with no appointment. Avelina took me in really quick because she noticed how bad my hair was so she put a treatment right away to revive my hair in which it was successful. Thankfully! She also removed the hair color I did, and gave me a haircut without having to chop off everything. I went in two to three sessions to get to the color I wanted regardless of how weak my hair was at first, she always made sure to not go beyond of what my hair wouldn’t be able to take. So glad I found her. I will always come back to her!

Went to try and go get my hair done purple, and the owner of the salon bleached my hair and left the bleach on for a while until my hair starting falling off in pieces. She tried to hide the fact that my hair was falling out in chunks and sent me home with hair dye still in my hair, poorly washed as well. My hair kept falling off a few days later until i went to a different hair salon to try to fix it. Up until this day my hair hasnt grown back how it was previously. The Ownwr DOES NOT HAVE A COSMETOLOGY LICENSE!!. She is still working on getting one because she told me and DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DYE HAIR. Please ladies do not come to this salon if you don’t want your hair to end up damaged or falling off in pieces like mine did. Lastly, didnt give me my money back and called me back to my num

i wanted to go dye my hair red and when she was satrting to bleach my hair she missed some spots. She told me she was going to use the bathroom and left my hair with bleach for about 35 min and when she washed out my hair it felt damaged and it wasn’t completely blonde. When she added the red hair dye , it wasnt evenly applied and now i have to wear wigs. Save ur hair and don’t come to this hair salon. Very unprofessional and dirty.
