Today I visited this salon, and unfortunately it was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. The stylist, who claimed to have over 20 years of experience, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. The haircut was done extremely roughly, with no shape, no balance, and no understanding of hair structure or individual features. It felt as if my hair was simply chopped off, without any technique or care. There was absolutely no consultation or personalized approach — it was clear that speed and client flow matter more here than quality. A particularly alarming issue was basic hygiene. I was about to be brushed with a comb that had someone else’s hair still tangled in it. This is disgusting and completely unacceptable for any hair salon, regardless of price level. I refus

I have been coming to this place for 8+ years now, and they have only ever messed up my hair once. When they mess it up they fixed it the very next day free of charge. Ever since then I have tried to come here for every hair cut I need. Reba and Tina are just so amazing.

First time visit with Tina. She listens and pays attention to details. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Tam today! Even though he doesn’t speak much English, he took the time to really understand what I wanted — a blunt cut with subtle layers around my face — and he delivered it perfectly. He was gentle, focused, and very skilled. I walked out feeling so happy with my haircut. Thank you, Tam!
