Best Relaxing Spa

Second time I come to this place and noticed they cut your massage short for about 15-20 minutes. The guy I had yesterday was on his phone for most of my massage and I had to tell him to focus because he was stuck on one area for like 30 minutes. He’s lucky he got a tip. Management needs to be strict about the use of phones during services. Giving it 2 stars because my boyfriend liked his masseuse. He had a female and he said she got rid of all his knots.

Horrible experience!! We booked a 60min couples massage. The old lady kept pestering my boyfriend to do an extra 30min. while she had him on the table. Finally he said ok only to shut her up. The male masseuse who was working on me was too rough. I was in pain most of the time. Nothing relaxing about this spa. I kept telling him to do it more lightly but to no avail. I could feel his nails on my skin at one point which disgusted me. Then, he locks my right arm and pushes it towards my back exposing my breast. He did that three times before I yanked my arm from this arm lock. I was in shock and so uncomfortable! And to top it all off. When we were done, we give them a $30 tip, the old lady fans the money out and tells something in Chinese to the other guy and she goes "a little more, a litt

Had the most awkward interaction, I was almost out the door and they stopped me to ask me for $5 more as a tip. It was very uncomfortable as tipping isn’t even required and I had already left a very generous tip. The massage was good but that interaction took away from it completely. If tipping a certain amount is required, please make that transparent. Very uncomfortable.

My daughter planned a 60 minutes deep tissue massage for me at this place. I have gone to quite a few spa/massage places. This is one of the very poorly maintained place. Very dark, smelly and with very ordinary decor. A lady introduced herself as Sunny who worked on me. I shared the information about the areas I wanted her to focus on. She spoke very little English. At the get go I was asked for a tip. Literally I was asked to pay minimum $10 as a tip. Massage was very painful. 3 days later and after few pain killers my neck is still soar. I thought the hot stones will be placed on my spine instead she rubbed heavily on my back and neck. It seemed to me that Ms. Sunny was not a professional and that she may have not been properly trained. The essential oils smelled like painkilling ointm

WORST MASSAGE EVER!!! My boyfriend and I came on 12/20/25, and left with our backs SORE. This place was not relaxing at all! The lady who did my back and the male who did my boyfriend’s back were way too rough, and I was squirming the whole time while she “massaged” me because i was in pain. We will not be returning, and will just be sticking to our usual massage spot. There’s no reason why three days later, our shoulders and lower back is in pain to the point where we can’t sleep or get up. Also, they’re clearly not trained because the lady was focusing on my SPINE!!! That’s a red flag. They were just feening for a tip.
