Best Nails

I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON, me and my little sister will only come to this salon. My little sister Ava suffers from autism and struggles in public setting but they have always made us feel welcome and treated us like family! It’s not that uncomfortable and silent atmosphere that you get at most salons, they talk with you, get to know you and treat you like more than just customers! And on top of all of that I have loved every single set I’ve gotten from them and will always recommend them.

I have been stuck with best nails since 2013. Everyone strives to give you “best nails”. The service is always top tier and the pedicures are bomb! Perfect nails and toes every time!

I do not recommend this place AT ALL. Very unprofessional and rude to me in front of other customers. For background information I don’t usually get my nails done, but I just wanted to treat myself for once. I don’t know much about nail shapes and so I asked for input on what I should get and the lady who did my nails (aka the manager/owner) gave me ZERO response so I just went with square nails. The whole process of her doing my nails was very rushed and when I asked about how I was charged so much, they had an attitude with me and I was rushed to pay so I had no time to process how my nails looked, which is why I couldn’t mention it on that day. When I looked at my nails more, I noticed thickness and lumpiness in my acrylic (she mentioned that it would be thinner since it was gel beforeh
