Super late review - a few years late to provide some constructive feedback. Came in for my first time, completed the questionnaire and answered yes to being pregnant at the time. The technician overlooked my answers and didn't realize I was pregnant until during my session. Didn't review the questionnaire with me before we began as a first time customer. Then at the beginning and during the session, she placed the steamer in my face going up my nostrils in which I eventually couldn't breathe anymore and told her to move it away from my face. She didn't initially asked how close I wanted it to my face or during the session. She responded that most of her customers like it that close - well I'm not most of your customers. I was new to you and had a pretty awful experience that still lingered

I had an eyebrow wax and tint as well as upper lip wax. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The waxing was the most painless I have ever had. The brow tint color was spot on and the shape of the brow was great. There is a super sweet spa doggy to greet you! 10/10, will be back soon for a facial!

I cannot say enough about Jayme and how amazing she is! I started going to her a couple years ago. Before I saw her I struggled with constant redness and breakouts on my nose of all places and couldn't cover it up or clear it. Once I started getting facials from Jayme it cleared! She knows her products and will even give you samples to help resolve any skin issues you have. Also about 2 weeks before me wedding I started breaking out all over my jaw line and lower cheek area from stress. She cleared it! She is seriously a miracle worker and so kind, I can talk to her about anything. When I go see her for facials or waxing I feel like I'm with a friend! Every penny I've spent at her spa has been worth it!
