Best Eyebrow

Very pleased with the service I received! This was my first time having eyebrow threading. My eyebrows look so much neater and in my opinion it makes my whole face look prettier 😃. I expected it to hurt but it did not. The service was very friendly and she explained what she was doing, which was comforting. She paid special attention to cleanliness. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Best Brow for a few years, and normally they do a good job. This time was different. The lady behind the counter didn’t greet me when I walked in. I was okay with that, she had her earbuds in and was on a call. I told her that I’d like to get a brow threading and tint. She pointed to the first chair and I sat. She proceeded to thread my brows while still on her call. (I could hear the other person talking) The only time during the threading that she spoke to me was when she told me to hold my brow. I thought she was talking to the person in the phone. When she showed me the shape, my brows didn’t look the same. One is thinner and the arch is completely gone and the other is way shorter. Young girl unprofessional, messed up my eyebrows badly. I asked for them to be cleaned up as always. She made my thick eyebrows paper thin and big gaps on the top they look awful. She kept ripping the thread said it was problems with thread as she kept changing it.. My eyebrow is badly messed up looks like she ripped my hairs you can still see where she tore the hair instead of properly threading it from the root it hurt. Did not wipe or offer to clean or offer witch hazel. Instead of just saying sorry I’m learning. She acted like they looked good. I asked her to have the owner call me, I understand things happen, but be humble and apologize.

Not only did she butcher my eyebrows she rolled her eyes when I told her she made them too thin. Shape is terrible and unnatural to my face. If someone has thick eyebrows it should be common sense not to chop them up too small as that is unnatural looking

My 1st time in a long time getting my eye brows threaded. She was very courteous and efficient. I was in and out in 10 min and my brows are beautiful.
