Best City Nails Spa

This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to. They did a horrible job on both my hands and feet and when I complained the owner expected me to allow the same guy to fix it after I asked for another person. My nails are uneven, my cuticles are a mess and the gel polish chipped the second day. The work is substandard and they knew it. Don’t water your time or money

It was my first time coming here and they took me in although they were busy. I got a mani/pedi, the two ladies did phenomenal. They are considerate and make sure you're comfy, the work was great and the massage that came with it was a cherry on top, I was on cloud 9 when I left. Thank you all. Lovely salon, also very clean and sanitary. Will be back.

I've been going to Best City Nails for over 25 years. The staff is very experienced and friendly. Liem is the owner and I've followed his team to different locations each time they moved. They can't get rid of me!

During the manicure, I was informed mid-service that there would be an additional $10 charge for cuticle clipping, which is typically included in a standard manicure. As a licensed cosmetologist, I was aware of the usual steps involved. The technician waived the extra charge after I brought this to their attention. However, the pedicure service was marred by an accident where the technician cut my toe and failed to apply any antiseptic solution.
