Best Care Nails by Lisa

Lisa is absolutely the best nail artist! She can recreate any design you show her—your nails will look exactly like the picture. She’s always willing to fix or redo anything you’re not happy with, though I’ve never needed her to! She works quickly but with incredible precision. I always get dip powder, and she shapes my nails perfectly every single time. I can’t recommend her enough!

The guy who took me didn’t clean up any edges of my nail like they are supposed to. Instead of using the brush and remover he tried to pull off my skin with the polish on it with a cuticle cutter. Obviously I told him to stop bc what. My nails look a mess. I tried to nicely kind of tell him what I wanted him to do and he was just rushing. 0/10. They were nice and that was the only positive thing. The polish came off on my left pointer finger as soon as I got in the car. Never again

I had a fairly good experience, my only problem was the fact that they were very rushed and I don’t think they put very much time or effort into my nails, the French tip is uneven but I can get over that. The base coat though bothers me because of how dark and unnatural it appears. This may also be my fault but I asked for an initial on the ring finger and never got it, and I was not given time to say anything because she moved too fast, they are very cute but just look like they were very rushed and last minute. The price was nice though, they were very affordable. The first photo is what I asked for and the second is what I got.

My husband and I came in for a pedicure. Never used the pumice stone on my feet. Both of our nails were trimmed but never filed evenly. They rushed. We also had the parifin wax service which was never wiped clean from my nails... probably why after over an hour I had to wipe the polish off so I could put my shoes on. Terrible job all the way around. Would recommend. And definitely will never go back

I want to start this review with the customer service was nice and friendly. The price was fair. The man was quick but my nails are absolutely destroyed. They are so thin that my natural nails are bending anytime I do anything and it pretty painful. The shellac is chipping off already and I got them done Thursday. I left with black polish around my nails and on my hands. Just overall not happy with the finished result and how sloppy it was. Also they reuse nail files and tools. Seemed a little unsanitary. Also bummed because I’ve been working hard to grown my natural nails long and strong.
