Well stocked considering the size of the establishment. The clerk was friendly and took the time to attend to my needs finding the items I needed in the back. He even threw in a little gift for my patronage. I will be back.

tired of shopping here, All there head cover items fit too tight and refused a return because 10 day return policy. Get with the times. 30 days return policy are the norm everywhere. People are busy, 10 days is not enough time. And yall still sell the same items in the store so there is no reason not to accept the return for someone who spends money with y'all. Oh well, I will spend my money elsewhere and let everyone know not to go to you now.

One of my favorite beauty supply stores in the RVA area. Lots of merchandise (hair, beauty products, makeup, clothing, jewelry) & well stocked. Store staff is also friendly & helpful. Reasonable prices. A few items are a bit more expensive than other locations, but overall great values can be found here. Definitely one of my go-to stores.

Great store layout, displays, and variety. Wonderful place to visit with incredible savings and selections for wigs, hair extensions, weaves and haircare products. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and makes an extra effort to be helpful & available. Great discount program that offers FREE $20 based on each visit. Definite gem that a cut above other area beauty supply stores. Highly recommend 💯‼️
