Best Beauty

I purchased a ponytail from this establishment 12.01.2025 and was not able to use it. That same day of purchase and within a few hours, I returned to Best Beauty, 7110 Knightdale Blvd, to return the ponytail not opened, still in the original bag at purchase, and receipt still in the bag. The staff member stated that there is no return on wigs, hair, etc. I asked about an exchange. The staff member told me no exchanges. Assuredly, I told that staffer that I will not shop at Best Beauty again. Their return policy is not Best and is not Beauty. Do you know how many African Americans shop at this establishment (not Best Beauty) and to have such an inconsiderate policy to returns with no consideration of circumstances around the return? Horrible/ Awful/Terrible customer service I would give 0 stars When you walk in they do not greet you, they do not ask how can I help you. I opened an un-packaged spritz bottle to smell product, I didn’t spray in my air.. I sprayed in the air and they said you can’t open and smell the products! The employee man with the long hair basically ran me out store saying go to Walmart to buy product and smell their products there. Horrible no one wants stinky hair. Nor do they want to buy& return a product that stinks. They look at the cameras the whole time at you until you purchase something. The lady was looking so hard at camera at someone else she didn’t see me waiting at counter ready to purchase my products. They are not BBB Better Business Bureau accredited. Horrible store! First they had braiding hair and I was going to purchase 10 packs 7 packs said 5.99 and the other 3 said 10.99 . The owner tried to say it was mistake and would not give me the price for 5.99 them tried to accuse me of stealing ! Racist ! Spend your money at a beauty supply that will respect you and not follow you around like a criminal because of your race ! Smh never will I go here again . Don’t waste your time or money on these lowlifes .

Stop patronizing this business. They treat regulars like garbage. I’m tired of it. I’ve come here for years and have dealt with the most absurd mess. My mother as well……… I will be taking my business else where. Tower to be exact. They discount all the time because they value their customers. This “beauty supply store” will nickel and dime you to death. No way should I have to split a payment with cash and card…. they tell me I have to spend the minimum of $5 to use two different cards (Apple Pay) . Just dumb…… they’re beyond GREEDY and RUDE on top of that.
