The woman who owns this store Mrs Lee is not at all kind, nor is she helpful. She comes across as really prejudice, and I haven’t been in there in years’ until today. Bought the wrong lash glue, which was sticky, so I took it back. I told her thank you twice, to which she didn’t respond. I won’t be spending anymore money with her ever again 🤣

Didn’t even know this place was still open. They have always been nasty and unprofessional. I quit shopping with them as a teenager. We should run them out of our community because they have much disdain for us yet we're the reason they're in business... the irony! I don't shop with them period!

If you care for friendly service or service with a smile DON'T GO HERE. From the moment I open up the door the Asian lady did not speak at all even checking me out but further back the older Asian guy nodded his head.. It's a shame the Asian people can come into our communities and not at least give good customer service.. I will not return here again.

Because i compared prices with this store, and another beauty supply store around the corner this older chinese woman that work in the store, push my change into my hand, another customer witness. i politely, but firmly, told her, don"t ever do this again. i know that she wont, because i will Never shop there again. They are too high, anyway. I went there because, the other beauy supply was out of Dr. Miracle shampoo. nEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THERE. ADDRESS 431 19TH/5TH AVE. BESSEMER, AL 35020
