Bespoke Brows NYC Upper West side

I’ve gotten a lash lift done at bespoke brows multiple times. Everyone that works there is so kind and welcoming. Most recently Brianna did my lashes and these are the best they’ve ever come out. She’s amazing, so sweet, patient, and super detail-oriented. I could tell she really took her time and cared about making them perfect. I’m definitely going to try to go to her every time from now on!

Leaving a review on behalf of my wife because she feels uncomfortable. Poor experience, didn't feel like her instructions were listened to and some basic aesthetic principles (frankly, they look comically dark for her skin tone). Also heard the staff gossiping about customers behind their back, which is to be honest, expected, but is poor form to do on the business floor. Wouldn't recommend for the price. Wasn't a trashy experience, just unprofessional. Edit: The business owner has reached out to resolve the problem. I felt that her response effectively addressed my wife's concerns and came up with a positive solution, so I've updated my review.

Have been to this location many times. Everyone that works here is warm, friendly and puts a lot of care into the quality of the service. I was in this location today (obviously very cold) and I will say that they could do a better job with the heat here. Some space heaters but I kept my jacket on the entire appointment.

Tia was wonderful. This was my first visit and I love my brows. She talked me through the other services in a way that made me feel like I could ask any questions. I’ll be back!

I had my very first lash lift with Tia. I also did a brow wax + tint & couldn’t be happier with the results! She made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I can’t believe how natural yet lifted and defined my lashes look. Tia is truly amazing and you can tell she loves what she does. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her!
