My massage was wonderful. Bernadette was trying to loosen up my tight back muscles but I need more visits. I will be back because she did a wonderful job. I'd recommend anyone to BES Natural Solutions to anyone for awesome massages.

Bernadette and the rest of the staff at BES are incredible. I always look forward to coming for a massage. Bernadette has been the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to, and I am so glad I started to get regular massages with her.

Bernadette is very friendly and her office is located in the beautiful Belvedere Hotel downtown! Very convenient! She is very knowledgeable about massage therapy and helped me heal some very painful spots on my neck and back. Her hot towels were a comforting unexpected added touch! I highly recommend going to her!

I did a great deal of research to find a black owned establishment to work with. I ran across BES and thought I found the person to complete my medical massage needs. That was not the case. After calling BES and scheduling my appointment, which came with it's own set of issues; I did confirm the date and time. After finally finding a parking spot (Charles St) and walking the distance, I was told they do not have me listed on the schedule. Needless to say, I did not get service, compensated for my time, a discount for my appointment, nothing. I've found another company to schedule with who provided me services immediately - and they were GREAT! Moral to the story, when one don't another will.

I've had facials before and always enjoyed them, and my facial with Zaheria was enjoyable too. What was different from my previous experiences is that in the days following my facial, my skin looked the best it has ever looked. I've struggled with my skin for years, and in one hour Zaheria had my skin looking flawless. I will definitely be back (and regularly) - cannot recommend this business highly enough!
