Berry Fresh Sugar

Before coming here I had only ever tried sugaring once and I thought I hated it. Mary changed my mind!! I've been getting waxed for seven years now and she's the best waxer I've ever had hands down. I'm seeing progress in my bikini area and my ingrowns are disappearing. The sugar scrub is the only scrub that's ever worked for me and it's totally worth the price. If this place has no customers, I'm dead.

As a first time client to waxing, Berry Fresh Sugar was the best salon to go to. Mary was so sweet and kind, and she made my whole waxing experience so comfortable. I was nervous about this process, and she made sure that I was well taken care of. She was so patient with me and knowledgeable about all of my questions and concerns. The salon was so clean and very well decorated. The space was very inviting. We had a great time getting to know each other and it made the experience less stressful. I will definitely recommend this salon to anyone, especially first timers like myself. This salon definitely deserves 5 stars.

I had such a great experience with my FIRST sugar wax removal with Mary! This facility was immaculate and fresh. I felt totally safe and comfortable. She wore a mask the whole time, which I appreciated. Mary was super friendly, patient, kind, and talked me through the whole process during my sugar wax removal. I was also grateful for the great parking that is at this location. The prices are super affordable and the quality of hair removal is superb!! Thanks again Berry Fresh Sugar for such a great experience!!

My boyfriend and I moved to Hiram a few months ago and I wanted to find a new wax/hair removal salon...this is the ONE!!! The owner waxed me with hot wax, she also specializes in sugaring which I'll book next time. She's extremely sweet and personable. This is the best waxing experience I've ever had, the pricing is definitely reasonable and the customer service I received was outstanding. I can't wait to see this business grow! I'm pregnant and due later this year, the owner made awesome recommendations to help take care of my skin and my body since everything is changing all at once. I'm so impressed!

The reason for the 3 stars is only because of Jaliene Paz great service she provided me a month ago. I came back expecting to be seen by Ms. Paz. After sitting in this place for 8 mins past my appointment time i learned that someone else that I did not request would perform the waxing service. I was not pleased and had to reschedule. This all could have been avoided simply by your receptionist advising me when I 1st walked in, that Paz was not in today and ask me would I be okay being seen by Another worker. But instead she was more concerned with continuing her conversation( which went on for 15 mins, I got there early)with another worker rather than taking just a second to inform me of the change.
