Editing exactly 2 weeks from my service. I feel like this gel shellac didn't last like I was hoping on my toes. It peeled off in one piece off of 3 toes, one before my cruise even started. One of the acrylic nails also came completely off after one week, and I wasn't even doing my normal chores or typing! Referred by a friend who always has beautiful nails, I'm treating myself for a special occasion. And this WAS a treat! Calm atmosphere, clean, attention to detail. An intake survey checks for health concerns and the service responds. Love my pale pink chrome nails!

I had Tracy as my stylist and LET ME TELL YOU she did a WONDERFUL job at getting me exactly what I wanted. I haven’t had my hair done in 3 years and I was blonde. I found her through the matchmaking quiz on their website because I thought “it couldn’t hurt to see what stylist comes up” she was 1 of 3 and I chose her. I wanted a completely different look than being blonde and decided on dimensional brunette. She EXCEDED all expectations. I’m already booked for my 8 week appointment. The salon was super welcoming and everyone I encountered from checking in to checking out was all so nice & friendly. 10/10 will be back and recommending to my family & friends. Thank you, Tracy for giving me a Mommy Glow Up & making me feel absolutely beautiful again! 🥹💗

I came in for the first time today, booked with Emma. She did a wonderful job, was very kind and created such a relaxing environment! I love my hair, and can’t wait to come back to check out more of their services soon.

I love this place! Everyone is friendly from the first greeting at the front desk to the time I exit with fabulous hair! Emma has been my stylist for about 18 months, and she listens to me every time we consult before cutting my hair—never, ever going scissor happy…ever. She always takes her time, and we have fun conversations about a variety of topics. I get tons of compliments on her haircuts! Her specialty is coloring. I absolutely would trust her to do some funky ombre color on my hair, but I’m too chicken 😂

My hair was extremely damaged, and I walked in feeling discouraged — but Hillary worked absolute magic. Not only did she revive my hair, she revived my spirit. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine professionalism made me feel instantly comfortable. She took the time to explain what my hair needed, treated it with such care, and the result was nothing short of amazing. It’s rare to find someone whose talent matches their heart, but Hillary is truly that person. I would never trust anyone else with my hair again. She is a rock star, and Berkshire Salon Day Spa is incredibly lucky to have her. I’m even luckier that our paths crossed.
