This is truly one of a kind massage school. It's was absolutely worth the time and effort to be apart of something amazing, something different than any other school. The Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy is a truly exceptional program. It was challenging in all the best ways, pushing me to grow both personally and professionally. I studied at The Berkana Institute in the spring class of 2024. After graduating in June, I worked as an Independent Contractor at a studio in Denver, and had the opportunity to massage a co worker who has been a therapist for 10 years. Within the first 10 minutes of the session, the therapist asked me how long I have been practicing and I told her that It has only been 1 month since I passed the MBLEX. She looked at me and said that she would have guessed i was practicing for a least 5 years based on my touch and techniques.
