Katie at the Downtown SR location has been doing my brows for over 4 years. Very professional, she pays attention to detail ( i have a scar on my brow) they look flawless every SINGLE VISIT. Once I discovered the Benefit Brow bar, there was no going back! It is an absolute must in my routine now! At Santa Rosa Plaza, there are two amazing ladies, Sarah and Katie. Lately, by luck of the draw, I’ve been with Sarah and she is just incredible. Such a sweet gal and absolutely fabulous at what she does. I recently had my brows tinted and waxed at the Macy’s Santa Rosa Plaza location by Katie and it was a great experience! She walked me through the tinting process as it was my first time and was so knowledgeable and helpful! My brows turned out amazing, I will absolutely be returning to her. Thanks Katie!
