Digna is absolutely incredible! One of the best in the business. I went to see her for the first time today and had an amazing experience. She pays such close attention to detail and completely customized my look to meet my needs. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

She was ready for me when I came in at my appt.time. warm and attentive and waxed my face in a quick series of motions. She also advised me which color might be the best to highlight my cheekbones. Very good service.

Digna is the best! She is so professional, caring and passionate about her job. She does a fantastic job every single time with my eyebrows (especially covering up my few stubborn white hair) and she always gives me tips and recommendations about some of the Benefit products. My star has nothing to do with the employees or how competent they are with brows, rather it has to do with their policies. Be very mindful when you book an appointment to be on time as there is a 5 min grace period. I have NEVER heard of this in NYC. I was 7 mins late to my appt when they informed me my appointment was given away and I could come back 2 hours later for an appt. I am a regular customer and have visited the same employee for several months and it is incredibly disappointing I was not even given a courtesy call. All I can say is, if you’re in a pinch and need a one time appt great place. But would not make it a regular place with such a terrible and unforgiving policy.
