Amy is a skillful and attuned practitioner. I received sarga bodywork for the first time, and it was such a rewarding modality to receive, and especially from this practitioner. Amy checked in at areas of my body that typically are sensitive to sarga work, and she was receptive to in session feedback about my tolerance level changes and adapted her methods adeptly. bodywork is a bit about finding a good fit, but I still highly recommend this practitioner.

Amy has been providing massage for years for me. She listens and learns to know my body and mind. Over the last 5 months as I was recovering from a surprise lung cancer , she came on site to our home and adjusted her massages to work around and for my surgery, even insuring I had my Doctors ok.. It was extremely helpful both physically and emotionally healing . I’ll always continue to see Amy. Also an hour appointment is a full hour, a lot of places are usually 50 minutes for an ‘hour’ massage.
