Bell's Barber Shop

Same experience as Michael N below. Had recommendation from Chizels to come here for walk-ins. Came in had 0 acknowledgement not even a hi. Like you just walked into someone's apartment cutting hair for fun, no customer service. Ended up leaving after being ignored by a non-busy staff for 20 minutes. Recommend they put a sign on door that says appointments only.

This shop is less than a mile from me so I’ve been wanting to try it out. Walked in on a Friday, only one person waiting. When I walked in, crickets, no acknowledgement. I’m a hispanic man, and I guess they didn’t know my face because everyone who walked in after me was greeted like an old friend. A few people walk in after me and get their cuts, so I was thinking “okay, they have appointments, I’ll wait.” 45 minutes later, nothing. Not a “hey bruh, we’re booked” or “hey man, I got you next.” Nothing. I got up slowly, looked around, tried to make eye contact, checked the time, and left the shop forever. Not one word from anyone. I’m giving 5-stars because I saw greatness in their work, I don’t want to mess with B’s business. I was just completely disregarded and looked over. But you know

Clean, neat, and probably the most organized barbershop I've ever been to. Also Sean is one of best at cutting my son's hair. Never a bad haircut.
