Bellissima Salon & Suites

I visited Bellissima Salon with a clear inspiration photo: dark hair with gray highlights throughout. Upon arrival, I was quoted $250 for the look I requested. After spending over five hours at the salon, I left with a single strip of gray in my hair and the rest a solid black! nothing resembling the inspiration photo. ***i attached the inspiration photo i showed her below**** The next morning, I called to express that I was unhappy with the result. Instead of taking accountability, the salon blamed a box dye I had used over a year ago, something that was not mentioned as a concern at any point before or during the service!! Mona is the only person I trust with my hair. She helped "rescue" me from a nightmare of a haircut I had elsewhere (Don't worry! Not in FL! 😂) She is patient (a necessity when it comes to me and my hair) and professional. I actually went 11 months without a haircut until I could see Mona again. It's a good thing she has a sense of humor! I highly recommend her! (BTW the nightmare is growing out nicely now! 🥰)

I've love this place!! The new location is absolutely beautiful!! Amy has been doing my hair for years. She maintains my purple color perfectly and always gives me the best cut. I can come in and tell her I'm bored of my style and just show her a bunch of hair cut picture ideas and she works magic! The entire staff has a very strong and loyal following of people that will NEVER go anywhere else! Be sure to call ahead to set an appt they are very popular because they are so good and worth it!!
