Bellissima Hawaii Nails & Beauty

My husband and I visited here today to get a manicure and a pedicure while on vacation. We had such a great experience. Everybody was very friendly and provided great service for a reasonable price. I would absolutely come back!! Photos show before and after my manicure.

Had Japanese gel done (no dip powder available). Was told over the phone it “lasts a long time” but the top coat is chipping after two days unfortunately. Was an extra $20 for the top coat, which is chrome. My toes are also messed up, the layers underneath did not set properly and they are bubbling up (hard to photograph). I’m only going back to get them fixed. Disappointed bc it was $$$, and bc I like Dada salon & fusion cafe!

Everything was going as expected however at the end we were shocked to learn that in this specific nail shop they charge $80.00 custom charge +$30 nail art on top of a basic pedicure. My daughter asked for a French tip and acrylic overlay. Basically they added $78.00 WITHOUT explaining ahead of time. We get pedicures at least twice a month and we have never heard of an additional charge of $78 for a French tip, if you look at their menu it doesn’t explain in detail all these hidden charges. In our state we get a complimentary mimosa and water or coffee or any beverage we please as soon as we walked in, this nail shop doesn’t offer that either. I believe this salon is one of the best on the island and I would say number one for the Honolulu area without a doubt! I selected gel nail mani/pedi with extensions and spa pedi. The level of professionalism and expertise was immaculate. I felt like I was in great hands. The salon is located in the beautiful Ala Moana Hotel so automatically before entering the salon you feel an air of luxury. The salon itself was a calm and comfortable environment. Will definitely be back the next time I am looking for my nails to be done in Hawaii!!
